Could be a kouchi-makikomi or you've already got them fearing the kouchi-gari already. Really they need to react to the initial movement if they want to escape the first throw / feint - so they are open to the follow up. That said, like all combinations you need to get the right reaction for them to work.

Yes it's the plan - we try to avoid making one off videos, as we want our content to have an overall structure - so figuring out exactly how to fit it in hasn't been decided yet.
