    This video is designed for jewellery-making beginners looking for detailed guidance on incorporating the layered pearl necklace trend into their collection. If you are a seasoned jewellery-maker, you will love discovering some of my tips and suggestions for effortlessly creating multi-strand necklaces.
    In this multi strand necklace tutorial, I'll guide you through creating two different layered pearl necklaces to embrace the current trend. For the first project, we'll focus on a multi strand necklace featuring a cabochon pendant as the centrepiece, detailed with a mix of glass pearls and rhinestone connectors.
    I'll demonstrate techniques such as attaching tiger tails to pendants, adding crimp tubes, and securing connectors. These techniques will not only give your necklace a polished finish but also make you feel accomplished and proud of your creation.
    Moving on to the second project, we'll create an ambitious eight-strand layered necklace, combining various elements like chains, glass beads, and different sizes of pearls. I'll share tips on making components, attaching them methodically to ensure the correct length and aesthetic, and choosing the right clasp for the necklace's weight.

    I dabbled in making jewelry about 10 years ago in high school (they all looked awful). I decided to make a bracelet for my mother for mother's day last week using some tips from your videos and it turned out pretty neat and nice!
    Love the videos and now I want to make her something like this! Beautiful. Will continue to watch your videos ❤

      Thank you, Leanne. What you could do is make a strand of the necklace each day. You could actually put a clasp on so you could wear them individually. If you used lobster clasps, on each end, you could wear them individually or attach them to the connector if you wanted the wear them all together.

    Thank you, Carol. Both pieces are so gorgeous! (For me, it cries out for a little black dress. Classy.) I can't wait to try something similar. (Now I have to buy some multi connectors! Can you believe I don't have any?!) But hold on ... What about the earrings?

    • @The_Stylish_Maker
      @The_Stylish_Maker  29 днів тому

      Thank you so much Deborah. I don't do little black dresses but I could see where you're going with that. I think these pearls could look great with anything, but that's just me. • @The_Stylish_Maker
      @The_Stylish_Maker  29 днів тому

      Thank you Mary. It's actually much easier than you think. You just need to break it down into the components. Start by stringing the beads and adding the jump rings. Then try making some of the looped components. It takes time but well worth it.
