      To everyone reading this. May all beings have happiness and the causes of happiness;
      May all be free from sorrow and the causes of sorrow;
      May all never be separated from the sacred happiness which is sorrowless;
      And may all live in equanimity, without too much attachment and too much aversion,

      The key to calming the mind is not to completely eliminate thoughts, but to accept and observe them as passing storms, without attachment or judgment. True peace lies in fully living in the present moment and letting go of all attachments, right everyone?

    1.observe thoughts without attachment.
    2.let go as attachment creates sufferings
    3.Embrace the emotional turmoil within you.Accept them .Watch them from distance without attachment. LET THEM COME AND GO.Let them rise and subsidedoDont get tempted.Just observe them from distance
    4.Be aware of your thoughts.Emptying mind means embeacing them ,cultivating a deep presence and spaciousness that allows the thiughts to come nad go without attachment and resistence

    Once upon a time, in a small village, nestled deep in the mountains, there lived a constipated man named Hyaaayaaa!
    He was known for his restlessness bowls which always made him worried with thoughts. He found it difficult to P and his inner bowl movements made the volcanoes quake. Then one day, he journeyed a Mount, where he saw a wise old man sitting on a dunny can. Hyaaayaaa said, "I need to go now!" The wise old man laughed and gave Hyaayaaa fifteen more minutes to wait.Suddenly all of Hyaaayaa's movements shoock the land, and from a distance people watched the mount flow brown streams and were shocked.
    The gods must be angry! They thought. The mount has never flowed brown since 100 years ago. What has happened?
    And to this day when people climb and feel constipated they can hear the sighs of Hyaaayaaaa calling in the wind!

    This video is beautiful , however to practice mindfulness only won't help unless your base which is include 5 previous Right Understanding, Thought, Speech, Action, Livelihood is SOLID.
    There is a reason why there are 6 previous steps before right mindfulness and right concentration.
    These 5,6 previous steps are CRUCIAL in accumulating MERITS (cause by the LAW OF KARMA), if you don't have enough merit then you will have a hard time struggling and won't get much progress in mindfulness and concentration
    These 5,6 previous steps in SUMMARY AS FOLLOW: to be SERVICE TO THE WORLD around you so that you will accumulating merits as much as possible while you're buiding up your mindfulness and concentration.
    When I first know about mindfulness, I always thought all I have to care about is practice mindfullness alone and do nothing else, but that is wrong as this is the way of 8FOLD PATH , NOT 1FOLD PATH. So you should NOT just do 1 thing which is mindfulness but SHOULD incorporate other fold path on the way , this accumulating MERIT is how the LAW OF KARMA works on you towards the effectiveness of mindfulness and concentration.
    One more thing about accumulating merits, while you're trying to accumulating merits by being the service to the world, you have to LET GO the idea that " I have done this and that for the world" which is also very hard part to do as well
    You can think these 5,6 previous step is like the bottom of the pyramid, if your bottom is not solid ,then the top which is mindfulness and concentration is a hard struggling process
