i am usually at peace but once i saw sharp things, i feel worry and because my mind sudden have negative thought , how to solve that even iam at mindfulness but my body seems react
I believe it is ok to have feelings and emotions about a certain thing. The trick is to observe it without judgement and the feelings will go away. Be truly present and be grateful for the current moment 💘🙏

Purify own mind,
