Thanks for this video Max, I was doing looms for about 5 minutes, explaining what their competitors are doing and how we would help them and such. You actually helped me shorten my outreach email by a ton, previously it looked like I was writing a scientific thesis😂
Hey Caskey, my guy, glad you liked the video! Yes it's a common mistake to write long emails. I did that in the beginning aswell. It's better to keep it short, and to the point. If you want to elaborate on something, record a loom instead. Business owners don't want to waste their time. So you'll have to create some curiosity. A custom recorded video definitely increase curiosity. They want to check out a video specifically made for them, and in there you can present your pitch. Let me know how it goes! 💪💪
@@MaxPerzon definitely, the looms are a nice personal touch to it, makes them feel like they aren't just being blasted with emails What I did was create a super personalized line and then asked them if they wanted to see the video I created, if they say yes then I'll go ahead and create the video then send it. Hey Narith, my guy, glad you liked the video! Yes I'm trying ti share as much actionable content as possible right now. It seems like people enjoy it 🙃 Loom is a great tool. Send a personalized video message where you can show your face and share your screen. It can be used for pretty much anything. Sales, marketing, support, general communication etc. So if you have a process going with let's say cold call that's working really well, then I'd definitely see if I could incorporate Looms somehow. Maybe you follow-up with looms. Sending them a text instead of calling let's say, could be a cool way. Or, let's say in your cold call you pitch them what you do, asking for their email so that you could send them some more information. Instead of sending an email with a bunch of text, I'd send a loom instead in the video. Hope that helps!

Hey Tornike, my guy, glad you like the content! Right now we only generate our booked calls using Facebook ads for our agency. We also get quite a few appointments as referrals. For example, some of our clients are part of bigger franchises, so the other owners in the same franchise want to use our marketing system as well. However when I started I used LinkedIn quite a bit: Linkedin Sales Navigator to connect with roofers and pitch what we do. Have a video on how to do that on this channel. I also used customized cold email quite a bit. Have a video coming up that will be posted on Thursday showing exactly how I did that. Hope that helps and let me know if you have any more questions 💪💪

I just know that we had a lot more success when we customized each outreach message using looms vs. when we just blasted out a templated message. have you started sending looms for your SMMA?

@@nickgomez8467 That's great! I think most painting companies do Google currently. So Facebook might actually work better. But it depends on your market etc. Something you could consider as well are the new advertising platforms. Like TikTok for example, or maybe even UA-cam. Not a lot of agencies utilize those platforms, so a lot of business owners will definitely be interested in what you have to say if your messaging is for example: "We help residential painting companies to generate leads & booked appointments using TikTok ads" Hope that helps!

Personalizing looms would take me from 50 outreaches down to 10 outreaches per day or even less, isn’t there another way that doesn’t require having to personalize it
Hey Dylan, my guy, hope you're doing great! We found a lot better results sending messages to fewer people / businesses but increasing the quality. We reached out cross-platform, personalized everything and follow-up. However I've heard about people that buy huge lists and send thousands of messages doing that very successfully as well. This is what I recommend mentioned in the video. However play around with it and find your style. The one variable that never goes away though with organic outreach is that it takes persistance, time and quantity of messages. However, I much rather send fewer messages leaving a great impression, even if they are not interested at this moment. We've had people come back later because they liked our outreach so much. Hope that helps!
