Thanks for showing the cap posting wiggle. Any kind of wiggle is absolutely unacceptable for me. Actually it is this wiggle that is the sole reason I am looking for a new pen.

I like my tactical Ti pens. But I think I found my next pen. Would it be at all possible to change the nib?

Hi Mick! Thanks for the review.
I initially liked the look of this pen(and it has a clip!) I don't really prefer pens without clips.
But the way it kinda posts and the cap being heavy/back-weighted is a no-go for me. And it looks like this pen needs to be posted to be long enough to be used, unless one has smallish hands.
I do wish that Kaweco would make a slip-cap Sport model. For quick note-taking slip-caps are so convenient.

Correct on all points. I bought and returned. I really wanted to love it but besides all the points you mentioned I didn’t love the nib and found it very thick and scratchy even though I purchased fine nib.

I love this pen. My only complaint is that my clip is so tight to the cap that the clip is very hard to use.

Yeah, the clip is exceptionally tight

Just bend it out a bit so it's permanently looser

Could you eye dropper this pen? Those O rings 😁

You can’t eyedropper metal pens, as a general rule. You need smooth plastic or a similar material.

Loved the company and once I got the Ti Arto going - the collet was very stuck it unstuck and its my favorite pen perfect balance and really can take every refill...one thing and harder to get it working easily than they seemed to suggest. Since I got it working its been a pleasure. DOWNSIDE: Companies favored in the EDC community make their pens in the US. To my surprise BiD pens are made in China which may explain some of the downsides you describe. You said the company is located in Tennessee did you mean to imply the pens are also made here? The price point would suggest so....G

It's a beauty, but the wiggly posting gives me pause.
I wonder if you could remove the clip.
    Thanks for the show.

You can definitely remove the clip. The top finial unscrews. You would just be left with a little slit where the clip is cut in.
