A run through of world tour mode. Most of the levels were done on hard difficulty but once expert mode was unlocked I switched up to that. To unlock the final two levels i had to go back and repeat tracks to obtain more stars which I did not show in the video. The final unlock was the last console mod which required even more stars but I didn't do that for the video. -

This is probably the best kart racing game available to PC players without an emulator.
Holy shit this game is boss. The game earns bonus points for anybody who still holds just the tiniest glimmer in their hearts for SEGA nostalgia.

I have it on WiiU and 3DS. WiiU is just like the others. 3DS... yeah we do not talk about that version.
Now that I've seen the graphics and the smoothness of the gameplay with my own eyes - wow, this is actually really slick and even more well-presented in some aspects than Mario Kart.
The inclusion of Shogun, Football Manager, General Winter and Willemus is so weird it's brilliant. Kinda reminds me of the palm tree in Fighters Megamix.
What about Team Fortress, Yogscast etc.?

This is a very underrated game just because on consoles it doesn't run that well (except the wii u release) , on pc there is still an active multi-player community and for a good reason!
+MasterControl90Why do you decide this ? I beated all the shit from x360 version of the game, spending about 25+ hours, and never encounter no fps drop, no any another kind of slowdown.
PuffZombie of course is a general talking, but you can verify that online population is pretty low right now on x360

I miss to play this game🤧 way back to 2016 that I'm starting to play Sonic Racing Transformed that's why this game is so nostalgic
I recommend to not play the 3DS version of this game. I’ve owned it for a couple years now and it’s a buggy mess. You could fall through the floor if you hit it at the right angle which has happened to me on accident a few times before and sometimes if you mess up trick combos, the game outright doesn’t let you do combos anymore, there was also a glitch I discovered that doesn’t allow the drift boost to charge up properly, it’s a mess.
Visual effects and music parts are missing too, like the explosions in Carrier zone and the Magicians theme was completely absent from graveyard gig
Looks like nintendo didn't want anyone else to have a piece of that kart racing action so they handicapped it ?

@@Rorschach1998 It's actually probably just cuz the 3DS is not as powerful as the consoles or PC. If you only have Nintendo consoles you're better off getting the Wii U version. And yeah, I've played the 3DS version and it's filled with performance issues and bugs, just like the comment said. One of the most annoying ones is the bridge in Ocean View. If you hit a specific part of it the game will count you out of bounds and it's annoying as you lose all of your boosts and speed. The battle modes were also removed, and many of the fun challenges from the World Tour were also removed, the only one they kept was the boost challenge. And the load times... They're awful. Let's just keep it at that. So overall, 3DS version should've been called Sonic 06 racing transformed.

This game is so good it's sad how I don't think it's on ps4 cause I really wanted it back 😭
The pc version has better load times, could be the best load times of all versions. The load music doesn't finish it's loop on this version of the game. I cannot judge the Wii-u and the Xbox 360 versions of the game, because I didn't play them; but the ps3 version had the worst load times this game could ever muster. I am going to pc and get this game. Hopefully, enough people play the game online, so I could actually get some skill at this game.

I am on my try number 338 on the 3:01:34 on S difficulty, its basically impossible to do.

A shame they dropped the Sega out of the title all because they had to add Danica Patrick (who is so far, the worst NASCAR racer ever) Wreck-It-Ralph (because Sonic makes a cameo appearance in the movie as a PSA in the game world, so it's only fair Ralph gets to wreck the grand pix) and the PC-exclusive characters (because when you think Sonic And All-Stars Racing, you know you want Team Fortress characters crashing the party).
I'll back you on this. Some characters were very unnecessary. Sega should've just stuck with their own licensed characters.

Most of the characters are from World Tour.
Some are from DLCs, of course, but eggman is earned from completing all the Grand Prix cups.

You don’t unlock Ralph. He’s one of the starting characters. Metal Sonic is DLC.

Team fortress is pc exclusive, yogscat and metal sonic are dlcs as far as I know maybe I’m wrong I never checked the dlcs in ps store

If you didn't got all stars on World Tour, do it.
If you didn't got all S rank cups on Grand Prix, get them.
If you did all above, all left is earning all stickers, beating the player's records on time attack or how it is called and of course mastering the tricks to get even better at the game for matchmaking races.

SEGA teamed up with Disney for Sonic characters to appear on Wreck-It-Ralph, and to compensate, they put Ralph in the game.
