It may be 85 degrees today but in the winter it gets 30 BELOW lol

Wow..the last 2 homes were fantastic little starter/fixer upper. I'm shocked and the value for your dollar! Your right..take your savings and buy a house! Smartest thing a young person could do!..a new car or truck just depreciate and are a dime a dozen..a house though that's just smart.
