Hi Swati, well explained and seems much better than doing gym. Yet I am not able to do Surya Namaskar due to my waist size as warm up. Only could do6-7 Surya Namaskar. Having pain in lower back. Please suggest some yoga. Regards Jitendra

My right ankle ligament has been torn 18 years ago due to which I can't give stress on my ankle feet , and can't do many exercises, can u suggest me some exercises to loose weight and inch , since after delivery I gained I am 42yr old, and 82 kg, even if I do brisk walk it pains
My age is 39 ..mere lower tummy and back fat is 35 inch and 40 inch last one mnths se exces alag alag kar rahi ho but stemina weak hone ki wajh se khichav bhut hota h sare exc nahi ho pati .... jo exc kar rahi ho usse km hoga ya nhi par exc se body kafi halki feel hoti....
