As an American, I am proud of four things that have permeated from my country. The four things are as follows: Blues, Jazz, Rock-N-Roll and BBQ. Nice job, brother. All you need now is some corn bread, a slice of pecan pie and a glass of sweet tea...
Looks awesome and thanks for posting! Can you quickly run down approximate times and temps for the brisket? Trying to follow along I’m thinking about 8 hours on the Traeger and another 2 in the cooler. About how long at 100 degrees before you increased to 125? Thanks!
According to what he said in the video 1 hr - added foil to stop edges burning 2 hrs - first soy/apple cider vinegar spray says he'll check in another hour (I assume more spraying), but then it cuts to 5 hrs - another spray, fat not spongy enough 5.5 hrs - took out to wrap, increased heat 7.5 hrs - cooked wrapped for a couple hours, probe test 80-90c point end 8 hrs - he's happy with product ~9 hrs - rested for a couple hours in the yeti cooler Looks like he went for 100c for most the video? It was varying from mid 90's to high 100's. After wrapping, increased to 125c.
well my friend thank you for this as I was wondering how big od a chunk of meat i could cook on it as we are doing a family beach vaca and i wondered if I should pick on up to take so i could smoke enough meat for everyone. no I know thats a big fat YES
Looks fantastic.. Sure wish I could smell and taste it. I live in Austin Texas and Franklin's BBQ is always packed and long waits. The best brisket I've had. Cant wait to try my Trager Ranger. Just got it and watching a few vids. Great idea with the spray bottle with soy and Apple cider vinegar.
I am doing it on ranger right now so let’s see what happens …I have never done it before since I have big smoker that I use a a lot …but you did outstanding job
Sold me on a Ranger....man that brisket looks great and HUGE for that lil bbq. Awesome, great job.

Great question I was just thinking of asking the same thing - shame you haven’t had a response

Do the pellets have to be refilled throughout the cooking process?
I didn’t have to refuel
Can you adjust how much smoke comes out or do you not have any control?

How are you touching the latch on the right mine gets so hot that I have to use a glove to open it
see a video Ranger Mods by a YT creator Dutchey??? He took 1/2" Heat Shrink 2x over both latches... i did it. works wonders..
How many kilos??? or lbs of pellets did that take.
I think I topped up once during the cook
@@WillsGrillShack nice thanks
What was your total cook time and internal temp before you rested it?
Internal temp was 95c but was more how it was probing, I’ll be Honest I can’t remember the time
All this video did was make me want a Ranger🤣
Ahaha go go go! 💯 worth it
Hi, great video. Could you let me know the actuall length and width of the grilling area please. All i can find is that it's 184 sq in. Cheers.
it’s about 15 x 12
If that brisket wasn't dead you did it with the probe lol
I didn’t know what you meant by this comment and then I got to that part of the video and cracked up 😂
"American" approved.
Nice one. I love the Ranger. Give the Pit Boss Navigator a go. Same size but with a sliding slotted baffle to sear steaks. I have a contact
I’ll check it out

How did it go?
@@WillsGrillShack
It was moist and good but not enough black bark…we gonna try it again and again lol
@JKD did you prefect it yet ?
Never say British food is bland! 😂
Why did you stab it 100 times?
To make sure it was dead
