Man as I see these review and prices I'm stoked I got a pitboss for $140 clearance sale from Walmart today and in so excited to use it now I've been grilling for years now and smoking with pallets was always cheating but hey as I'm aging little bit of cheating don't hurt to win 😅 and who can beat 140 I payed that for charcoal b4 wow Walmart thanks 😊

I agree with everything you said. I have both of them and love them both at the Ranger does seem to be a little better. As for the vents on the back of the tailgater I purchased REC-TEC covers for mine. Don’t know if they’re still available or not.

The hardest part of tailgating is getting the pickup in front of you on the freeway willing to put his tailgate down, so momma can put the grill on it. Then ya you gotta hold throttle so she can reach it while in traffic 😂
