  • Becoming an expert at making drinks takes a lot of hours of practice (and drinking) but there are certain things you can only learn from studying and reading. In this video, I show you 3 cocktail books (and 1 Bonus book recommendation) to turn you into a Cocktail Making Expert.
Mixology books are so common but they aren't all created equally. There are some duds and some absolute must reads. I like to think that my recommendations are more curated and focused for those trying to become experts in mixology or cocktail making. Or at least the 4 Books I recommend in this video, were all absolutely essential in making me the bartender and restaurant owner I am today. So this is my take on the absolute essential cocktail books out there.
Make sure to subscribe to my channel because I post multiple videos every single week, covering Cocktail Recipes, My Favorite Spirits, How to Bartend, and What its like to own my own restaurant & Bar.

Great information Lui. I have learned in the wrong order, learning recipes from Leandro, Steve, Yourself, David and others. My future development needs this information and I shall endeavour to acquire at least 1 of these books. Nick from York

There's definitely no right or wrong way to start learning, as long as you're always learning! I just wanted to share some of the methods that I've learned the most from 😁 but these books will definitely give you some incredible resources!
