Its quite amazing how people still know that RCT3 exists to this very day. Thought it'd fall into obscurity of some sort, especially with OpenRCT2. This is quite an amazing build, too!
I’m so happy to see someone still playing this game, and you did a great job, I always try to make my coasters smooth and relatively realistic and it can be hard
What a nostalgia blast from 2004, got this game along with my first own gaming PC. Great coaster, super smooth! 🔥 I really wanna ride it irl (Also i still can't believe how damn good this game looks almost 20 years later 🤯)
My sister got this game at the school book fair back in like 2005 and she only played it a little bit but me and my brother played it like everyday, I also have it on my PC now and on my phone (even though the phone verison is completely broken and jacked up and outdated), this game is a classic and is the game I grew up with, I also have Planet Coaster. Also there is this free game on steam called Ultimate Coaster X
@@DARK_AMBIGUOUS me too bro. This game was insane remember when i played it on steam. A free trail version before, buying it myself. But the RCT 2 Classic is a masterpice. And i have never tried RCT 4, because People said, planet coaster 2 was better. ❤
I know this video is at least a year old but it’s still awesome to see you still making coasters. I was big into it years ago on a RCT3 forum and would always look forward to your rides. Went back down this rabbit hole today and searched for custom coasters and seen this semi recent video and now I want to play again. Thank you!!
As a big fan of retro gaming, I find myself still going back to RCT3, because it's one of very few games that still works even after 20 years, it's STILL the best roller coaster game ever made. Yes.. Planet Coaster is pretty, looks good and is extremely playable. But it isn't RCT3! Besides Planet Coaster is to me just RCT3 in a clown suit ...without any of the bells and whistles.
I spend hours on a single ride to make sure it feels right. It usually involves slowing down the ride but having a cool environment/theme. Fast coasters are extremely jolty because of the snap system of building tracks, unless you mix it up. So it ends up being an awesome theme coaster that slows down constantly but has some insane drops n such. Kinda wish I had a better PC so I could run Planet Coaster. But idk what the gameplay is like, I just saw cool creations and am very inspired. I LOVE those dark rides.
I think that that was pretty smooth, except for that last part with that helix into the brake run. You probably tried to do too many things at once, and then you run into the limits of RCT3 again.
@@m00nkinftw ive had them uploaded to youtube but the channels are long gone , probably due to copyright issues which sweeped youtube years ago , most of them (not only mine) had super insane scenery and supports with ctr custom objects and so on , it was clear everyone participating in this „scene“ sank alot of hours into their projects . The special part was making it as realistic as possible with the technical restrictions from that era. UA-cam was alot more enjoyable back than , it was about the passion and doing the best you could earning recognition and not earning money …
I've played rct3 a lot when i was younger and the building qualities are horrible. I prefer to play no limits 2, planet coaster and ultimate coaster 2.

It's very small but there's still a following for it :)
Rollercoaster Tycoon is one of the most well-known video game franchises in the world lol
its also like a 20 year old dead franchise@@triple7marc
@animeshockz7078 Same idea, different Franchise though
@@JaddyOGit’s actually been revitalized the past few years after Frontier won the rights to sell it on Steam.

I never stopped!
Great coaster! I didn't expect the music to make me emotional, but damn that was the soundtrack to my childhood...
Overbanked curves are everywhere in my coasters for this reason, they are probably the smoothest elements that are still kind of interesting.
Absolutely!

What bells and whistles does rct3 have that planet coaster doesn't? Just curious
RCT3 is classic @@skumdiggery4476

Pretty cool that you are back !

I haven’t seen this youtube in YEAAARRRSSS! Welcome back bro
Thanks! :)
The switch version really shows its age.
This layout would work quite well on a B&M wing coaster
God I miss this game. From 2004 to 2015 this dominated my life.
YOUVE RETURNED!!!
Yep!
Damn, a downward brake? I didn't know those existed! Nice work, especially considering this wasn't made with custom track pieces
Yeah they do with the Extended Coaster, that one has a crazy amount of possibilities!

the song gave me flashbacks, not pleasant ones lmmao
for RCT3 this is quite good!
good job man, im sure it took a lot of work
I loved it, ty. good job
Thanks!
Woah! that very cool 👁️👁️
With the Wild expansion? Yes. 😂😂😂
Edit; It’s cool to see you’re still kicking in this scene
@@cameron.t thanks!
There are tons of videos out there from back in the day featuring rct3 „procoasters“ ive done a few myself but sadly they are lost to time
I was lucky enough to make a video of most of my designs in RCT3. Everything I made in RCT2 is also unfortunately lost to time :(

From where and How do you get the pillars and catwalks?
Jcat's Steelworks for the pillars and ATH Catwalk Set for the catwalks
What model did you use?
Is the music from rct3? I recognise it but cant pinpoint from where, its been nearly 15 years wince ive played rct3
Yep!
that's pretty good!
Reminds me of Anaconda at King's Dominion
That's pretty sweet.
man it is better than planet coaster
Thanks! That's a big compliment :)
That brake run was way to forcefull😂
the game is on steam roller coaster tycoon 3 complete edition
Yep, that's how I got it :)
