Love this game but as I am now a family man I can no longer give my full on concentration(completed XENON MEGABLAST, BANSHEE,(AMIGA) AXLEY(SNES) RTYPE 1,2 MAME ARCADE, but I feel this game is phenomenal and I will one day "ILL be BACK":)
Irem should create a game called R-Type Assimilation where the R-13A that was captured as a forest guardian serves as a final boss. Pssst.... the final boss is an R-13A "Cerberus" with an assimilated R-13A2 "Hades" and R-13B "Charon" as additional heads because it's designed to look like Cerberus in Greek mythology.
The game ambience makes me feel so sad in the last chapter, those sperms, infants, and the DNA helix structure all become enemies. And the player itself actually have already been assimilated. You can see when it release the beam, it has already looked like groups of aliens, not a human weapon any more.... but luckily the player finally go back to the earth safely....( the human didn't see it as their enemy...still accepted it.) Just this destiny of the player, the human world in this game make me feel very sad. It feels like the game maker is worried about the human future... btw: 10:04 & 28:44 like a penis goes into the womb. Everything in this game has a sexual cue...(to me)

Take every ship from R-Type Final and dump it in this game. I would never stop playing it.
Honestly, it would be nice to see a new R-Type game using the same in-game engine as R-Type Delta but it's more of an update to the original version.
Well, you could just use one of these 3 or 4 ships in R-Type Final 2 when it launches later this month.
It seems like Final 2 will have a huge personalization... I wonder how many ships will we get
