My son flew on a Uti airline from Brussels to Montego Bay a month ago and his luggage was not delivered along with 2 other passengers..he can't get any proper info about his luggage or compensation..he had all new clothes and shoes among other things which weighed approximately 40 lbs..can I get some help plzzzzz..
