Everyone likes this cherry cake recipe, it is very tasty and quick to prepare😋 👍I would be very happy if you subscribe to my channel. Thank you all for that 👍

✅ Ingredients: (glass size 200 ml)
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
180 g/ 6.3 oz sugar (1 cup)
100 g/ 3.5 oz butter (1/2 cup)
200 g/ 7 oz sour cream (1 cup)
270 g/ 9.5 oz flour (1 cup + 3/4 cup)
10 g/ 0.35 baking powder (2 tsp)
300 g/ 10.5 oz cherries
1 tbsp corn starch.
Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 170C (340F)
Decorate with powdered sugar.
baking dish 27x18 cm (10x7 inches)

That looks great. I love vanilla with cherries so I may add either vanilla extract or make a vanilla glaze to drizzle over the top, but just on its own it looks like a great summer cake.

Unfortunately, I don't have any egg-free pies in my arsenal, but you can replace the eggs yourself, using various purees: potato (with water), pumpkin, squash, apples, apricots or plums, avocado, banana. 3 tablespoons of puree will replace 1 egg. Puree from raw or baked fruits will also give the baked goods a natural sweetness and aroma. 🌹👈
