Great video! I'm just getting into this so I can try to make my own lions mane tincture for personal use. I will be 68 shortly and having problems with short term memory loss. Can't afford to buy it long term so out of necessity have to learn how to make it. Plus it's very interesting and fun. When I finish setting up I will be buying your LM culture. Well I’ll tell you that most of his methods are very good and science backed and if you follow to a T you will be successful too. Lots of subpar information out there. Lots of diy which is great and innovative but there is kind of a more proper way to skin this cat
