You are much easier on the ears than he is 😁 It's best to talk money up front with my experience price not only on value but what your expenses are. Utilities, food, rent etc.. so you don't have to do so many projects to meet your obligations. I really liked the summary points at the end. Keep in mind it doesn't take money to make money...
