MassiveJoes.com Appreciate the response. Would be an interesting one as I have been using hcl for quite some time and switched to creaclear for its price and when used in 8 ounces of water and fully dissolved before drinking I’ve noticed no bloating which was the case for other monohydrates for me.

For the creatine complex, it's different to see a company overdose the expensive form vs. the cheaper one.
thats why this shit is so expensive. most standard creatine i see in Aus is $30-40 at most

@massivejoes.com would mixing ghost size and ghost burn be a good idea?
I tend to use ghost legend with ghost bcaa when I start my work out. One scoop of each and then an hour into my workout I’ll either use ghost size with ghost bcaa or ghost burn with bcaa.
I work overnight and once I get off work I go to the gym and I feel (might be wrong) that the inclusion of bcaa with legend and then bcaa with either burn or size helps me through the work out (might be placebo effect lol)
I started wondering if burn with size would work? Thank you for your time

You can take it pre-workout OR post-workout. Personally we prefer to mix the unflavoured with our protein post-workout.

You can take it before OR after. We would suggest taking it afterwards with some carbs.

I tested their Pre. However good the formulation is, i personaly don't like it that much. I don't feel the tingling from the beta, it doesn't kick in as fast as i would love to, and i feel a little bit lethargic 45min after taking it (maybe too much caffeine, or too much creatine preworkout). I stick to outbreak's nutrition pathogen when it comes to stimulants pre or Mega-pre when it comes to pumps.
Garbage product. Save your money and buy monohydrate.

@@eyecontrol4900 don't know where you get your creatine from. I can get about 2 kilos of mono for one tub of this...
You don't get the epicat though, or the beta alanine, or the betaine. But most importantly you don't get the cool as fuck tub with embossed sticker, personalised lid and scoop plus great flavour system.
Ghost supplements are one of the companies that have their branding so spot on that you can leave a tub of their stuff permanently out in the open anywhere in your house and people think it's cool rather than thinking your some kind of freak for being addicted to supplements.
If image isn't your thing though then yes get it all cheaper elsewhere or even better don't buy anything because in the grand scheme of life none of it makes much difference anyway.
