I like them a lot, but also wish the ankles were better. Even if we can’t get an ankle rocker at this price point they could have been sculpted to stand a bit better at no extra cost, just sculpt the foot to be in a slightly wider stance instead of straight up and down.
I like these and I am happy to have them in my various tmnt collections and I also love the original sketch turtles we got earlier this year and I think they’re probably the best and most unique of the tmnt figures and these are right up there. I think they are worth the money compared to other products that cost twice as much and come with hardly anything else but a figure maybe an accessory or two or none and weak boring packaging
I liked these from the moment they were announced. I liked them even more when I saw the photos of them in packaging. When I finally got my hands on them they did not disappoint. My only minor complaint is that I wish the bases had peg holes or notches to hold the misc roof pieces it comes with. My big problem is do I buy a second set?
I think the problem is these are not EXACTLY like the original figures so the nitpickers are pissy. But for me, these are the first Ninja Turtle toys I’ve bought in years and I couldn’t be happier with them. The ankle articulation could’ve been better but you’re right. They’re only 13 bucks so I can easily over look it. My favorite thing about them aside from the articulation is the updated weapons. Much better quality than the originals. I also had trouble finding these. I had to go to three Walmarts before finding them and the one that had them didn’t have many left
I picked up all 4 just a little bit ago. Hopefully there will be some more remasters. I would love army building some foot soldiers at the cost these are at.
A major Win for us 80's Babies, had mine when i was 3 and threw them over my backyard into the trailer park lol haven't seen them since, 34yrs later and i got these without a thought
I'll admit I was on the fence about these after the first reveal ,but despite the skin texture and the wrongs heads being Leo and don these figures are f*****ng lit❤🤘
I like them. MOTU origins were $13 when they released as well. Just kept going higher with time. My only complaint are the ankles not being pivots & the legs only looking good standing straight. I guess that’s 2
I really like these! But I think the potential of what could have been is what's disappointing. If Playmates hadn't shown they were capable of more with their rendition of The Last Ronin - I think people would enjoy these remasters better. For me I like them, but for the effort Playmates put in in terms of a brand new sculpt, I wish they went a little further with more modern-ish joints. I would've paid a few dollars more to get the double elbows, knees, and swivel/hinges/rockers for the wrists and ankles. And yes the Walmart exclusive stinks, I only have 3 of the 4
Completely agree! I look forward to a 2nd wave of villains. Maybe Shredder, foot clan, Baxter, and the rat king!
The dimple texture is an absolute plus. The way light wraps around the plastic adds so much quality to the look.

I like them. I hope they continue the line. I do wish they had ankle rocker
I completely agree about the value for the price. However, they absolutely do not have a wider range of articulation and posability than MOTU origins.
I have Leo and Mikey 👍 I just don't like how Leo and Donny's heads are swapped
I wanna see Leatherhead remastered!

swap the weapons with the 2003 turtles. the colored weapons would go so good with the 2003

I love these turtles
I think there great
I got them when i saw at my Walmart i am super happy with them and kinda want another set to open
Me to I want othe set to open them!!

The teenage acne scars are a bit meh but other than that I like them.
They look so much better when you get them in hand. I bought them as I first saw them with no regrets.
Saw them in store recently. They look great to me, especially for the money.
I'd have picked them up, but I have enough turtles already.
One good turtle deserves another..
I agree with your assessment. I saw these I’m my local Walmart. They look way better than the original promo pictures portray.
The only part I don't like is the color on the weapons....besides that, they're great
I bought two set because for the price and the detail is too perfect to pass up

I am guessing you are missing Leo?
@@ovekmybalz6111 Donnie haha
There's more articulation on Origins than these but I love both.
I'll get my hands on them, eventually.
I like them. People are picky
the main problem are the skins texture!! ugly AF & disgusting like toads. If they remain normal smooth skins will be the best figure at that price.
Where can you get these for $13? They ain't at Target.

I love this ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ is a great
guys this is a 13 dollar piece of trash instead of a 25 dollar piece of trash so you should like it!
