I know little to nothing about this track or all your crazy shortcuts, so forgive me if I'm way off base with this one, but rather than spending time 'resetting the tyres' couldn't you just use the mushroom to boost for the jump from the mud, and then use the tail-end of that boost to carry you across the roof?
That is a really cool town track, it would be cool if Nintendo were to somehow bring it back in MK9
They could almost open it up a bit and make it a battle stage

Nope, this track was setup to respawn based on where you get stuck out of bounds not where you were last on the road.
Town would be a really good battle mode track

You can’t get the jump when using a mushroom. Makes you have much less forward momentum for these types of jumps
