Musicians just like anyone else have egos. Most of the time it's a healthy competition. Sometimes that takes a bad turn. There are also instances where Musicians are just not compatible. It can be a personality thing or just different tastes and ideas.the older you get the more the ego thing diminishes.you come to accept the fact that there's always going to be somebody better than you. I'm confident they both have mutual respect for each other. But on occasion have also gotten pissed at each other as well....that's normal in the world of music.
