Nino, I call Anderlei I live in Brazil. I want to say that you are my inspiration, my greatest idol of world cycling. congratulations on the content! Success always!!!
Nino, your tips are simple but extremely useful. I'd like to watch more about how does the training day last, how long time does it take, etc. Thank you in advance!
I would love to come & ride with you & the Scott Team & really enhance my skills… If there is a spare place on the team for a 45yr old to race, then I am up for it lol
Does anyone use that tyre pressure assessment? Given you use your own body weight to assess it, it seems like a good hack. Will start using this I think.
That's a myth, back in the day it was believed to be better for rolling speed but now it's more important to have the extra grip of the wider tires as well as just the durability too.
It went together easily in less than an hour. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L Make sure the front fork is forward or the pedals will hit the front tire. Tires are both a little soft so it needs air before I ride it. The rear wheel didn't come with a clamp regular bolts hold it on. The front had the clamp. No scratches out of box. Rims are a little off with a slight wobble. They could have spent more time with the spoke tool fixing the run out. So far out of the box I'm happy with it. I did replace the pedals with a nice aftermarket set. After riding it a bit my A$$ is a bit sore so I ordered another seat. Overall I'm nearly 60 and didn't ride a bike in 30 years. I like my new 29" Schwinn. It will be used for casual rides with my friend.
@@jacquesduplessis6175 You mean Nino is currently in Cape Town? I am in Tokai. I am a tourist on bike holiday and got stranded by the lockdown. Very near Stellenbosch. I suppose you also go out between 6am-9am
Road bikes are starting to come with wider tires because people realized this. The skinny tires deform more over the length, whereas wider tires deform less overall. This is not to say you should go as wide as possible, but theres a point when too skinny of tires have more resistance
Why not just get an E Mountainbike and be a pro right off the start? No need for all that time and training. I pass cyclist uphill all the time and don't need those fancy clothes. I ride in Air Jordans and beat guys on road bikes up the climbs. They get angry because I win every time.
@@williamboler8709 My bike is better than your bike. I'm an EBike wizard and you're just jealous cuz i got a motor on my bike and you can't afford to be fast like me. You can pass me but everyone knows your on a motorcycle. I pass cyclists and can hide my motor more easily so nobody knows. You can't do that on your motorcycle. I don't know how to ride a motorcycle, that's why I love the Ebike. It's way easier and I can look like a cyclist at the same time.
What? What languages do you speak other than English? What does speaking English have to do with riding bikes professionally? I was not aware that when you become a "professional athlete", one of your duties is to master English so that Tom Holden and others like him can understand you because that's the only language they can speak...
Such a legend. Proud to have him spend so much time here in our neck of the woods

Yay, I'm on those trails everyday!
Yes! When will people learn... lower tire pressure and bigger volume = lower rolling resistance 🙏🏻🎉👍
Only when you are off-road.

if possible, make a video about cornering, that would be more than welcome
And jumping
I double the two

The tyre pressure test was a real eye opener for me.
😁😂🤣🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Nino...now an expert tire technician 🤣🙄
Flying Lap Productions do you disagree with his method?
@@Jimmy.meyer.76 it is not going to work well for heavier riders.
I agree. I’m about 185 lb and this would make my tyre pressures about 15 psi. = bent rims on the first rock garden

Jajaja que felicidad tan grande... Lo mejor que he vistos en estos días mtb!!! Crack 🥇
When you got the power, you don’t feel the weight of a dropper post, 30 ml int rims and 2,4 wide tires.....💪🏻🤘
Wider tires are actually faster
Hi Great N1NO, the method to check the right tire pressure is the same for rear and front wheel? Thanks.
The best Nino!
Nino sending it !! Happy birthday dude

Are nino using dropper post? I see the seat post low when he is descending but don't look like a dropper probably he lowered manually
Dropper!!!
1,4 bar?? Impossible to ride a bike uphill with that pressure!
