Thank you for this! I unintentionally did micro locs on myself. lol i was doing some small mini twist as a temp hairstyle and then decided to interlock them in. lol So my journey begins ✨I’m really excited to see it flourish overtime ☺️
Thank you for this video. I've had my locs on for 3 months now, retightening twice, but my initial 2 strand twists are almost all unraveled. It makes my hair look like regular loose natural but for the roots. Would you advise that I retwist them or just keep them just the way they are?
you’re so welcome! yes i’d suggest you go in and twist them back together. after you do be careful not too manipulate them too much when they’re wet and braid and band when you wash. also make sure you’re not over manipulating/styling them too.
i’m not sure exactly when i started but i will say that you know your hair best. so if you feel like you need leave in in your routine go right ahead. i’d just say to be sure your washing your hair on a schedule to prevent build-up. have you tried any lightweight oils on them?

Really good job💜🛼💜🛼
thank you 💞💞
After washing your hair the next day what did you use to moisturized your?
i used grapeseed oil for moisture. you can put it on your scalp and locs while they’re wet and let it dry
@@queentyquana thank you!
@@mariamafofanah8559 no problem 💞
My micro locs very short
maybe trying using rubberbands to band
When did you start using leave in on your locs? I’m two months in and they genuinely feel dry and I’d like to use it on wash days
