This the most expressive and powerful music of the baroque era. Truly divine. Angelic music. It makes me close my eyes and travel in endless, peaceful, colorful pastures.
I can not say enough good things about this performance. ANGELIC
when i clicked on the video i didnt expect to hear this type of voice BUT DAMN. It was a surprise, and fortunately enough a good one.

Dommage que cette voix superbe, pure et sans mélisme soit un peu gâchée par un orchestre qui ne fait pas dans la délicatesse !

Interesting choice at 2:18. Every rendition I've heard of this piece begins to crescendo at that point in the phrase, whereas he does the opposite and pulls back delicately. Very nice.
