I think, this is the best way to gain people to interested on watching and learn how the Batman and Iron-man character can apply in to the real-life now. Thanks for sharing this kind of video and looking to watch more .
I grew up as a fan of both Batman and Iron Man. As a kid who faced loss, I found these characters deeply inspiring in their pursuit of becoming the best versions of themselves. When the MCU films debuted, I was beyond ecstatic. However, that initial excitement eventually turned into avoidance. Iron Man’s newfound mainstream popularity seemed to shift how many fans interpreted him. Among my friends, fellow collectors, and the broader fandom, it felt like the focus was more on his wit, playboy lifestyle, or just owning every Hot Toys Iron Man figure to 'feel like Tony Stark.' While I thought that was cool in its own way, I struggled to find fans who drew inspiration from Tony’s work ethic and dedication, which I’ve always felt were the most meaningful aspects of his character. This channel finally delivered the kind of discussion about Iron Man that I’ve been yearning for, and I couldn’t be happier. It even inspired me to buy my first Iron Man figure-a broken NECA 1/4 Mk 7. Since my side job is toy painting, I restored it to life, and now it sits proudly in my office, providing me with daily inspiration. Thank you for creating such thoughtful and motivational content.
I want to print this comment and frame it. Thank you! To me, Tony Stark is so much than a "billionaire, playboy, philanthropist", he's a deeply flawed man who struggles with demons that many of us can't even imagine, and where he engages with that stuggle--and wins--is in his workshop.
I've been enjoying your Stark analysis. It's actually helping me out trying to learn from my favorite iteration of the character, and sort of manifest his successful traits into my personal life. 🙂
In Lean, I now understand the goal is to create an organized workspace by eliminating anything that doesn't add value to what your trying to accomplish. I can see this being used in many aspects of life! I've been loving all the Tony Stark references and comparisons
I've lived in Tokyo for about a decade and work sometimes in Fukushima at an office we have on a (former) construction site (現場) , There we have a sign that says 「整理整頓」. We also have hotels in Tokyo that we manage and use 清掃 for cleaning and restoring the hotel room to a pristine condition, ready for the next guests to use. 清潔 and 躾 are 2 new words. I know of 清潔 but it's not been part of my normal vocabulary. This sort of thing helps make these known-yet-not-memorized words actually stick (Japanese is a bitch of a language, a slow grind, even after more than a decade I'm still learning tons of new things on a daily basis). 躾 is one I've never seen before. Also as a huge fan of Iron man - Probably my favorite character of any movie or franchise - I love seeing videos like this. Trying to live like iron man is a dream of mine, so I love studying his personality, and how he works so effectively. Good Video, Thanks! PS : I liked how you showed your own use of the LEAN factors with your own garage preparation for the car project!
I lived in Japan for two years about 40 years ago, and while I spoke decent Japanese then, the adage of "use it or lose it" is exemplified in me. Your knowledge of the language far outshines mine! Glad you enjoyed the video! My goal is to use these processes more on the MG this year.
This was very intriguing!

P.S. I'd lobe to see the figure you painted. Send me a pic!

Domo Arigato! Domo. That's the only Japanese that I know.
I need to study this style as I am very messy & not organized at all.
I think we're all a bit disorganized; that's why we can all benefit from smart processes like these!
