I feel like this is our way of how we approach things either positively or negatively. Although breaking free from that negative thought loop should help us be more productive. Sometimes it helps sometimes it doesn’t.
To gain or To loss something depend on our behavior agree with it. Sometime people didn't know how to put the line between positive and negative perspective.
I truly appreciate your perspective and thoughts. I've felt this way before and I like this type of video that is educational but also heartfelt and emotional rather than just about facts and knowledge. Its relatable and catches my eye because this is a real human emotion that we will probably all feel at some point, so its comforting to bring awareness to it. I resognate with going outside for fresh air and appreciating life, especially with my dog, listening to my favorite music, being with my mom and brother instead of isolating myself and writing my feelings down. Thank you for feeling compassion for our mental energy. This is so reassuring to watch during the time of seasonal depression and I will rewatch when I need the reminder. Definitely my favorite video on Nutshell Brainery. I've been exploring the page for extra credit but so glad i stumbled on this one because I think your words are going to be with me for life now. It brought out an emotional side of me and made me cry a little bit, until the "fuck it Bucket" made me burst out laughing, Haha! Thank you so much Lon, see ya in class on Tuesday
Julieann, thank you so much! Maybe I need to do more videos like this. Yes, it's primarily an education channel, but now and again I drop one of these. 😎👍😉
You provided a different approach to this situation I haven’t thought about before, very helpful!

Since they were related I figured, what the hell. 😎👍
My theory is that brevity is the soul of wit.
I agree, emphatically. Unfortunately, I am yet somewhat devoid of that particular ilk of soul. Working in it!
