The Torah this Shabbat describes אם בחקתי תלכו “the Jewish people will walk in My statues, will walk in My ways.”
The Torah is carved deep into our hearts. The Torah becomes such a deep part of me, inseparable from who I am.
Hashem promises us all types of blessings, there will be financial prosperity but most of all there will ושכבתם ואין מחריד. We will be able to lie down and not be afraid. We’ll be able to go to sleep at night without worrying about bombs and all types of missiles being shot at us. The Jewish nation will be able to privileged “no sword and no sound of war will even pass through our land ונתתי שלום בארץ I'll make peace in the holy land, five will chase a hundred and a hundred will chase ten thousand.”
We should be privileged this Shabbat to really make the Torah part of us, to walk in the ways of Torah, the Torah should be every part of our life. It should expand to the world of our business, the way we conduct ourselves with our wives, our children.
We should be privileged to all the blessings from Aleph through Taf. We should be able to walk throughout the land of Israel with our heads held high both in body and soul and we should be privileged to geula shaleimi bimhera veyameinu, Amen.
