They definitely should have the option to purchase preset furnishings from the real estate agent or something. I do t mind building when i have time but the convenience option to save time should be available.
I had the Core Manor and did quite a bit of interior decorating in it. However, for some damn reason I could never find it whenever I returned to the City so I would run around looking for the guy standing outside of my house. Why did he never leave? Why was he standing outside my house the entire time... evidently it was so we could find the place again! Once I got the Penthouse though... like the Jefferson's I was Movin' on up to a deluxe apartment in the sky and finally got a piece of the pie! Trying to decorate it though is a nightmare just for the amount of resources needed to keep around in storage. But being able to see your ship on the landing pad from your Bedroom Deck is awesome and a great attention to detail on it's construction. Now I just need to hire a home renovation crew to redo the inside. Where is THAT side quest!?
best thing about the Lodge location is its safe storage. You can store anything 100% safely in the safe there and display books, trinkets etc by dropping and placing and they will never vanish. Unlike every apartment where there is a MAJOR bug that post a High Price to Pay. Everything can vanish from your apartment - EVERYTHING. All your displays, armour, collectables, weapons. All gone. So for anyone wanting an apartment wait until after that mission to display things.
I think my favourite is the Stretch apartment. The Core Manor wastes a lot of the space. They all take too long to get to so I've ended up using the Lodge for storage & crafting and my ship for sleeping. I might end up using an outpost or the Dream Home instead since they're easier to get to. Hopefully mods will make it possible to fast travel to them all which will make them less of a pain.
IMO the single thing that sets Dream Home apart is that you can land your ship close to this location and transfer items from the ship to your inventory at the Dream Home’s front door. You then simply step inside and all of your materials are ready to craft, store, whatever. I haven’t tried every home in this video but every one I have tried doesn’t share this feature with Dream Home. If you’re going to do a lot of crafting, consider picking Dream Home when you create your character.
The payments on it seem pretty rough for early in the game, the wording the description make it sound like you have weekly mortgage payment of 125k ..but apparently it's 125k loan with a weekly or monthly payment of 500. Which is nothing
I've been to the new Atlantis apartment once unfortunately I have no idea how to get back there. There should be some kind of a marker on the map to find the place. Maybe there is but my game is just too glitched out.
I can’t have the New Atlantis appartment because of people not there when I fisnish quests (uc questline, ryujin quest in new atlantis two…). Every one is out of the city, and not reachable.
I saw the 2 from Akila City and bought the Stretch one because I liked it away more than the other one. I didn't even know about the rest of the homes you could have 🤣🤣🤣🤣
The Neon Skysuite has a very "Manhattan loft" feel to it. Open floor plan. High ceilings. Not big AT ALL. No good views. Horribly expensive. But right next to the hottest block in the game. They knew exactly what they were doing when the put the most expensive player home in the game inside the Trade Tower and then made it not actually that great.
Don't buy the homes in new Atlantis right now they are tied to the world state they will reset and you will loose everything happened to me and many others.

Exactly, and the furnishings should be better than a steel outpost bunk. I saw nothing in there as good as the rooms in the lodge.

Having the fast travel point is a massive buff. I hope they add it to all apartments.
I have the Stretch one and I can use all the materials that I have in my ship anyway

Thanks, nice video :)
Thanks mate! Are you building an Outpost or living in a apartment? 😀
There is the crimson fleet quarters too

It would be awesome if the updated the game where if you do some stuff for Vlad he gives you his house.

I still prefer build an outpost than buy an apartment
Completely fair! I like both so I've got options 😅
Eventually you will own them all.. so it doesnt really matter.
That Neon apartment is so fuxking lame 😂
