Excellent tutorial, I’ve just had the M330e for Christmas and thanks to your video it is now out of the box and registered, I wouldn’t have got this far without your tutorial. I can’t find any more videos however of loading the thread and bobbin etc, do you have any more videos on this embroidery machine?
I’ve been looking too and would love to find further videos on this machine.
its under the needle and has a description on the bobbin case.. its like all other embroidery machines.. I brought my first embroidery machine less than month ago and found it easy to thread too as you follow the instruction on the brother website... I brought the brother SKITCH ... DONT BUY!! its poo

@@MarieMiller-tn8wn yes i’ve found some ways to do it however it requires softwares most of them are expensive one is like Photoshop free where you can add a plugin allowing you to « draw » your embroidery. The software is called Inkscape and the plugin is called Inc/Stitch. I recommend looking at tutorials to understand it clearly and have some feedback on it.
Can you show how to transfer an Artspira design & how to access it on the machine please - I thought I had transferred mine but can’t find it on the machine 🤷♀️ maybe I have input some details incorrectly! 😢

@@MarieMiller-tn8wn its doesn't transfer yet!! its the reason im taking back my skitch as it has no other way to upload your designs on it.

Can you upload paid for pes files or just from the app?
Hello you can buy PES files or free ones, i download onto my computer and use a USB to transfer them into my machine.
This is in addition to the APP.
