I have this machine but I can’t work out whether or not it has the capability to cut the fabric and also exactly where I should be aiming the fabric to stitch the edge - is it the edge of the presser foot or the metal plate that the N/R button is on? Thank you if you can help me!

Excellent tutorial, I’ve just had the M330e for Christmas and thanks to your video it is now out of the box and registered, I wouldn’t have got this far without your tutorial. I can’t find any more videos however of loading the thread and bobbin etc, do you have any more videos on this embroidery machine?

You have the risk of breaking the “lead”. If you take out the end with the rubber tip (grab the adjusting wheel, pull. You will hear a click) You are able to feed them into the pen through a hole. Afaik you can add more then one as spares inside the pen.

Hi Kim. I have some Prym Love Vario Pliers and want to use them with the smaller 9 mm snaps. You suggest buying the snaps which come with the correct size adapters but I can't see how I can remove the bigger parts from the pliers! Can you help? And what are the little red plastic round "things" that came with the pliers? I do wish Prym would include some proper instructions!! Many thanks.

Y you're a lifesaver thank you so much for show me how to do this I've broken them because I open the top and try to thread it through the other end and here we have a fantastic solution they don't put these instructions on the pack unfortunately so great video cheers
