Hey I would not advise you to come on tourist/visit visa it’s not guaranteed you’ll get job immediately and now it’s different once you get a job you need to exit and re-enter on employment visa. Just search for a job before coming and enter on employment visa.

Hey there, if he has met family visa requirements then he should talk to the company but this depends whether they provide or not, alternatively if he isn’t you can apply for job and get your own employment visa.

Employment visas are issued by the company/employer only for FREE and you cannot work in any other place different from the visa.
