Steak Finger Recipe | How to Fry Steak Fingers

Steak Finger Recipe:
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. steak (I used sirloin) cut into 1/2" strips
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup old bay seasoning
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Tbs steak seasoning
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 eggs whisked
- 2 cups of milk
- 3 cups of vegetable oil
How to make steak fingers:
- Heat 3 cups of vegetable oil to 375F. Coat the steak fingers in the flour mixture, place into the egg mix, then back into the flour. Carefully place the steak fingers into the cast iron pan, being careful to not crowd the pan. Cook for 2 minutes then flip, and cook for 2 more minutes.
Serve with Ranch, Gravy, or whatever else you like on your Steak Fingers
