Very Good video ! I see life more as a stair with the following 5 steps: 1 the mind, 2 the body, 3 economics, 4 social life and 5 love in this order. In order to get step 2 (good body) you first need to get to step 1 (a solid mindset and dedication). In order to get to step 4 (having a good social life). You'll first need to get a strong minded, look healthy and have money (step 1, 2 and 3). With those traits you're able to do fun activity. By doing so it also increase your social skills. Most men fall in the trap by being average level at the first 4 steps and then putting all their effort and energy in step 5 (love/dating). This leads to rejection after rejection, drama and even depression for some. If you start working to become muscular, strong minded, economic independent, and socially fun (step 1,2, 3 and 4). You'll see that the effort you need to put in getting women is almost nothing simply because most women are already hardwired to chase those kind of men. Speaking from own experience. Following the above helped for me.

Could you give some advice on this for college students? Because it feels like as a student, one's basic needs are not really being met even when working on the side and putting in a lot of work, since things like a promotion (= direct salary increase) ain't really possible.
I can't understand why people are leaving jobs that are not physically demanding meanwhile I'm stuck with only doing physically demanding construction jobs. It's hard to workout after I'm finished working. I'd be so happy to get jobs that people are leaving just do I'd have energy to workout after.
