I always been told that ghost are just like us, so we seeing them and them seeing us is like being 'unlucky' ... basically when we see ghost we like "holy shit a ghost!!", they are the same like "my God!! I just saw a human!!"

40:12 just wanted to point out that Colby's challenge was climbing up the lighthouse and if you listen very intently during the Estes method lots of the replies they got had things that could link to that such as Sam saying "died" and then Colby replying with "Its gonna happen" and then there was "free fall" "up and down" "careful" and finally Sam says "300" and when I googled how many steps the St. Augustine lighthouse has it came in very closely at 219 steps. (just to add on earlier with the spirit box at 31:07 "shove" and "soon") all really strange yet connected if you really think about it. Something deeper was definitely going on there.

The part where they're doing the dual Estes method and used that talking thing (I like to call it the robot) was very creepy. The one question "what could Sam and Colby do to be better paranormal investigators?" Colby said "free fall", meaning die. I just thought that was weird because they were in the lighthouse and I think one of the people who died there fell to their death

I came back to watch this video again. Colby after you told us that this is the video where you were in incredible pain and you knew there was something absolutely wrong and it made you decide to go to the doctor, yet you still maintained your professional front for your viewers is admirable. You did your job and didn't show your pain, looking back, think I can see it now, but the first time I watched this I didn't notice it; it shows your dedication to your profession and your respect to your subscribers.
That being said, I really enjoyed watching just the two of you again. Watching you 'refind' how to do a video on your own again without other characters to support you is nice to see. I like taking the journey with you. Even though you don't see me. Good job guys.

Yes but that's what made him go to the Dr to get checked out so it definitely played a huge role in saving his life! (Remembering him say this is when he noticed it the most made me come back and watch this video again. I'm a cancer survivor too). #f*ckcancer !!!

My opinion it sounds like Sam has another attachment because the EMF reader went off while on him along with the multiple other things, or it could be attached to the both of them. After all it did say it was following them not just Sam or Colby but them as in a group. Which also makes me wonder if this unknown spirit or entity is following not just Sam and Colby but maybe a few others in their rag tag group of paranormal investigators. I also agree to the first comment, but to me it sounds like a whole collection of voices some fighting to tell their story, while others answered the question. It's as if the spirits or whatever they where, where fighting over each other for a chance to talk.
Im so glad that I can actually hear static when the EMF reader goes off. It really helps me know that when I cant see the light, it makes noise so I know that its going off. Love y'all !

during the dual estes method, it was like there were two spirits having conversations with each other, like at the end Colby said 'Maria' then Sam said 'Is it Marie?'
That’s what I felt like, one of them would say something and then the other would answer it or like Sam said “down low” and then right after Colby said “down there” it seems like Sam was asking for confirmation and Colby agreed. It felt like they were talking to each other more than they were talking to us.
Love you guys a lot . You guys are the most honest investigators I have seen so far.

Coming back here because I went to the lighthouse thanks to this video on the last week of October 🤪 it was awesome 🤩 the spirits were active during the guided tour but not so much in the second hour. I couldn’t get to the basement or the top of the lighthouse (curse of being in a wheelchair) but still it was a great experience.
Definitely a good video! I live in this town and I think they should explore The Castillo de San Marcos Fort here too!

I’ve been to St. Augustine. It’s a beautiful, history-rich city. The beach was a plus, ofc, but I _really_ wanted to see the lighthouse. I’m a history nerd, and had been wanting to visit the city for years. Sadly, I got a very bad ankle sprain at the airport.
Did that stop me from swinging myself up and down the lighthouse’s hundreds of steps with shoes wet from rain? Of course not. The view of the city from the top was absolutely worth it.
I’ve actually been to this location and even during the day I got very eerie vibes of being watched all the way up the stairs of the lighthouse

At 40:25 Colby said going down 300 stairs and earlier in the estes method one of them said 300.
That actually gave me chills
It was probably about the old lighthouse being 300 yards away

When they were doing the double Estes method, and the question was "What could Sam and Colby do to become better paranormal investigators?" at 37:56, Colby said "free fall". That could mean that the spirits want both of them dead so they can be closer to the spirit. And when they got their challenges at 40:13, Colby was talking about tripping and falling all the way to the bottom. I don't know if they are linked somehow but it's just something I noticed

To me, freefall could mean like how they just dived into the paranormal headfirst. Just keep doing what they are doing. But some of the other shit that was said lines up with your interpretation but thats hella creepy so I'm gonna believe mine 😅
