Nice! I like it and don’t regret purchasing it.
That company also makes a few other ergonomic grip attachments. D handles and a row handle. I plan to give the row handle a try at some point.

Is the material rubber, urethane or something else?

They feel like a hard plastic core. You can’t bend them or deform them. But the surface has a comfortable grippy texture that almost feels a little bit like rubber.
