Hunting the Hairy Braya

Museum botanist Paul Sokoloff describes a 2022 expedition to Cape Bathurst and Baillie Island in the Northwest Territories to study the rare Hairy Braya plant. Paul and his team found it growing in new locations in addition to most of the previously documented sites, and noted interesting observations about the varied habitats.
