  • Craps Strategy from dice advice series. This is an easy strategy to learn. It starts with $160 across all the numbers for two hits, then regresses to $66 inside with a field bet. Is this an easy way to win money? That just depends if the dice roll in your favor.

    Dealer here. To answer your question about how to get from the $160 across to $66 inside, you are correct: I would ask the player to drop you $6, then just keep $60 from the 6 and 8, stack everything else up, and hand it off to the player. Then you would hand that $66 to the box and set them up inside. Also, as side note: The rule of thumb is if they have more than 2 stacks worth (~40 cheques) of any color, you need to start converting to the next highest color. So if I saw a player with that many reds and whites in their rack, I'd start converting their wins - for instance, if the 6 or 8 hits, instead of paying $21, I'd pay $26 for $5 or $25 for $4. Or instead of paying $35 on the first two hits, I'd pay $50 for $15. Players love collecting those green chips as they play. Alternatively, when they came down from $160 to $66, I'd tell them to just drop me a stack of reds from their rack and 1 white. I'd cut out $65 from the red, take the 1 white, hand the rest back, and use that to set them up $66 inside.

    Wow... Thank you very honored to have you roll my system out.
    Only thing I do differently now is Press inside up to 110 from my winnings and I also place the 4 And 10 from winnings for 15 each then if they hit I buy both of them and I still stay on the field.
    That's the modification I made to this and it been working out pretty good.
    It's gambling yes if that 7 come out on a few shooter in a row yeah you take a hit but thats with any strategy.

    Where I play in Scottsdale most shooters are bad. A lot of 7's within 4 rolls. Don't pass/Don't come doesn't work because they throw 7 on opening or pso. Only win if ATS hits and a player has a long roll. You get at least one shooter that gets part of ATS and the rest 7 out very quickly.

    The initial outlay is scary, but once past that, I'd probably transition into the Iron Tower instead of just the Iron Cross, so using the Field wins to press the 5, 6, and 8 sequentially then spreading to the 9, 4, and 10 on further Field wins, then letting everything ride once the 4, 9, and 10 are pressed to $15 each and then pressing numbers with Horn number hits in the Field and collecting everything else.

    I like it. I play very similar to this at all different levels of money. Real small on bubble craps and up to $160 across on real tables. Only thing I do different is after I regress I work out of the iron cross using the field bets. I work my way back to all placebets numbers and use sporadic C and E to collect on every number.

    I DEFINITELY like this since I AGREE with going for 2 hits because MOST people ARE BAD shooters and seven-out QUICKLY, but here is what I would do just a little differently:
    I would just set up the Iron-Cross in this manner:
    $50 on the number 5 and $60 EACH on both the 6 and 8 and $35 for the Field bet, so no matter WHICH number is rolled - excluding the 2 and 12 because I will get $70 for EACH hit of those numbers - I will win $35 each time for those 2 hits totaling $70, and then I will regress to ONLY $18 on both the 6 and 8, and then just collect FIRST, then if either of those numbers hit next time, I would put $15 on the 5 and then collect and then for the next hit, I would put $10 on the Field, and then once that Iron-Cross is set up, I would simply just COLLECT every Field bet and then continue with the collect and press for the Iron-Cross numbers ONLY!
    This way, I will have a GUARANTEED profit of $34 - because 70 - 36 = $34 - even if the shooter sevens-out right after those 2 hits from that initial Iron-Cross set-up, so you will have a chance to possibly have more earnings.

    Thanks so much for your vids and strategies. I like to modify recommended strategies to my style of play and worry about that big red. So - I may do a couple come bets to offset my place bets - the come bets are contract but my place bets won't be. Once several rolls happen, I get nervous and take down place bets or scale them down. Then I may make a few fun bets on hard ways and or field and or place another place bet. All depends on the rolls, the vibe of the table and my vibe and my bankroll vs wins/losses on that roller. Thanks again!!!

    ANY strategy that regresses to an Iron Cross I am going to be COMPLETELY in favor of and this one is good!
    But for me, I would just make this slightly better by adding a $4 horn bet in addition to the $160 bets for ALL the box numbers, so you can catch those horn numbers if they are rolled and you will only lose that amount if any of the box numbers are rolled, BUT, I would wait until I have collected at LEAST $76, to COVER all of that action for the reduced Iron Cross with the BONUS box bet of 9 because that is the TOTAL action that is needed for that Iron Cross with the number 9 and the Field bet, so I would risk however amount of rolls are necessary to achieve that, which could be as little as 3 or more - depending on which numbers are hit.

    Much better approach I use for the 2 Hit n Quit setups is YO $2 Any Craps $4 4/10 buy $16 5/9 buy $22 6/8 $30 = $142 [less risk vs 7] basically any non 7 roll net $26+ the goal is to setup $44 inside + $2 hard 4/10 then press & collect with profit. The death roll is triple 7's x3 loss 500.

  • @UnknownScorpion
    @UnknownScorpion Рік тому +1

    With all that risk that's already out there might as well just go with continuous DC bets (bet the same unit all across and on the DP and on the DC every roll, so it covers it on the back end). 1st hit is clear pay, a repeater knocks it off but sets the DC again and the same buy/place bet still pays more than the DC. When doing this on the electronic tables after a repeater hits increase that buy/place bet with that extra $ it gave from the difference of losing the DC, so if it repeats again you even get more, you get on a banger of a roll and hit out lots of repeaters it will be way better positioned than the iron cross.

    The other day, I was at my local casino and had a 27-roll run on bubble craps. I was playing conservatively, only investing only $9-$15 a roller. I missed most of my own run because I was playing conservatively. It got me thinking about what the best ratio of money wagered to money won to walk away a winner. In other words, is going in with $100 to win $20 a good risk/reward? The more I play, the more I find craps is more right time, right bet, and pulling out when you have a decent profit.

    • @daneckley2758

      Nope but your close its betting a little to win a lot. Starting off slow an possibly winning huge. Its being able to handle occasionally loosing big but knowing overall you will come out even with a small loss or mostly small wins but being ready for betting big when that long roll with tons of numbers come up. Here's a hint winning big is built into the game don't bet when pass line is on a come out roll

    • @ColorUp
      @ColorUp  Рік тому +1

      Thats the million dollar question, with no right answer. My personal philosophy..I also like to start conservative. .if im investing 9-15$ per shooter, once ive won that amount back, at that point im willing to gamble more and go for big win. Just depends on your comfort level

    Ok I am forced to do some math as initial viewing feel it is a money drainer.
    Start $160 across.
    2 hits win $70 - $100 (rounding up for simplicity)
    Take everything down and put $76 out on the table.
    So at this point, you have a small profit. Roll continues. You make $11 - $31. Problem is $31 applies to roll of 9.
    Thus, for me have to say risking $160 loss, not for me. Overalk, I see this as a frinding strategy. There are far less expensive grinding strategies.
    Still have not adequate it to the end for final numbers.
