Great instruction, and then going through the whole form in one after that's really very good thank you . I have just gone back to TSD (UK) after 14yrs not training, in my 60s now so trying to refresh my ailing memory and the instruction is excellent, did slow the speed down to see it all as I was going through the form . Oh I'm a blue belt . Tang Soo .

This is such a cool form. The way you do it is very similar to how i learned it in TKD in the late 60's (before the TKD change to the Chang Hon forms.)
I notice you dont do as much emphasis on "huri" as i see in many TSD schools. Does the World TSD Asdociation not have ad much emphasis on hip movement?
    Thanksvfor sharing this video.

Is Impact Martial Arts a Tang Soo Do school or a Tae Kwon Do school? These are the forms I first learned in the Jhoon Rhee system until he switched to the Chong Hon series.

We are a traditional Tang Soo Do studio. These forms are shared with many styles.
