Great video! Excellent presentation. I bought one of these 2 years ago. It may be just me, but I feel like its missing some flavor because of never coming in contact with the flame. Mine is also hooked up to natural gas. could be because I normally use non-gas grill. To remedy this issue for me, I turn on the far right burner to high and let it sit for a while, then right before I grill some steaks or chicken.... I throw on some pellets (hickory, cherry wood, etc) on the far right side for smoke, put my steaks etc on middle and left side, close it.. and add smoke flavor. .... Its convenient but not my first choice of my 4 grills to grill on. If gas grill is your way to grill. This is the best out there! As Marc demonstrated and stated it absolutely seals in the juice and grill marks are excellent! (subscribed ty)

You're not just blowing smoke (excuse the pun). I've got the exact model you are reviewing and it gets incredibly hot. So hot that I actually cook all my meats near the lowest setting and now my LP tank lasts forever! And no flare ups in 3 months. Just perfectly cooked food with no extra fuss. It's totally worth the extra $100 over a standard gas grill.

I had one for about 5 years, they really are a great grill, he's right about no flare ups. Only knock on Char Broil, is they rust out. Mine lasted about 5 years, the box finally gave out. I got lazy and stopped covering it, so part of that is on me. I had to replace the infared grates and top grates once. I'm leaning towards Napolean on my next purchase. Char Broil make a more durable grill and you have a lifetime customer. They have a medallion series that looks sweet, but i can't spend $2200 on a grill that may rust out. That's higher end grill money.

I know I'm going to get lots of hate comments to my comment but still will say this - that juice is juice to some but to me - it's bloody water or blood which I never want to see in cooked meat. I know in North America people tend to eat meat just fried on the sides and raw with blood inside. Totally fine, everybody's taste is different but not sure why everybody calls dripping warmed up blood as juice. I cook my meat well done till there is no pink and no blood coming out of it and the real secret is to make the meat really juicy (not bloody) and yet well cooked - that's much harder than have it dripping with North American definition of "juice". But that's just my preference. To each - its own, whatever people love - if they can get it and that makes them happy - that's all that matters. The grill is super awesome, probably will be my next grill when time comes to replace mine.
