Eric Holloway is the super low base guy, his voice absolutely terrifying. i may be wrong, but from what i have read he sings totally in his chest, meaning no growls or subharmonics

Bobby Waters aka Bobby Bass has a large UA-cam channel where he sings bass, either solo or in different collaborations, like this. He is also member of another awesome group called The Bass Gang.4 guys from all over the world( US, Czeckia and Egypt) who sing together. Each member also has his own channel for solo Bass work.
The oktavist you heard here is called Eric Hollaway and is very renowned among basses.
For another, very Epic rendition of Hoist the Colour I highly recommend the acapella group VoicePlay, who works out of Orlando Florida. Their Bass, who also wrote the arrangement they are singing is named Geoff Castelucci and is also very famous for his Bass works, either together with VoicePlay or on his own channel. Geoff has a 5 octave range and has a beautiful voice all over his register. In his solo works he 'clones' himself and harmonies with himself from bass to tenor. Recommend listening to 'Shenandoah' or The Rains of Castlemere '
