I want this to be the trailer music for a live action Anastasia.
Depends who makes it. If it's Disney, they'll try too hard to make it "more authentic" or whatever, and in the process totally destroy the story. And chances are they'll leave Rasputin out of it, therefore leaving out one of the best villain songs of all time (boo).

This wasn’t Disney. This was 20th Century Fox.
Probably because it wasn't Disney at the time. Disney bought Fox a couple years back so it's Disney *now* in a retroactive sense, but it wasn't at release.
Honestly hoping Disney makes a live-action version just so more people are aware of this movie.
Crowmirror if a live action gets made, I’m crossing my fingers that it’s partially the broadway version! The music on broadway was INCREDIBLE and it was written by the same composers as the movie!

This has the best timing ever.❤ I've been obsessing with the soundtrack of both the movie and musical all week. I can listen to any of the songs on loop for hours.
time is limited... can't listen to all, so doing selective listening and this is 1 of my picks of a movie in 1997 I so adored...
the interpretation was not what I had on my mind before listening but I love it... melodically it is almost the same but it was the tones, pitches and which instruments being vivid...
never expect the drums to be taking somewhat on the centerstage...
