quitcher bellyachin'' Mr. Nichols - 8 am is a great time slot- I spent months doing am office alone at 6 am until they changed the time to 7 and then to 8 am (so the homeschool kids would show up for chapel on time) Did you ever try to do "the work of the people," the way it's supposed to be done when there's only one "people"? Only those with MPD could do it alone because one personality could say "the Lord be with you," to one of the personalities and another personality could respond, "and also with you," in a different voice. "may the Lord be with you and with your 8 am crew"
Why does he keep siting these several contemporary 'great mentors' and why are his movements and nuances so much like that of R.C. Sproul (?) Man is the same in every Christian venue. Men trying to be like men. I saw this in Calvary Chapel. Ya know. The men of whom upidy young reformers scoff at. You've all got your own Jesus. He's a mirror image of yourself and your theology and your men pleasin, 'oh I've got it right and in such an artistically brilliant fashion's. Ya know. It's about my high minded sermon. This kid continues to reference Ligonier. Has he had an actual interaction with Christ or simply that of the men he adores and his love of being a professor/talker with the precise nuances not of Christ, but of Sproul. I don't know that I've ever spent such difficult time watching and listening to a young man so pleased with himself. Gee. Let me completely intellectualize the person of Christ and wow my kind of people. I do not see Christ in him whatsoever. I see a young buck professor who loves to hear himself equivicate. GET OUT OF THE WAY YOUNG MAN!
I wish these conferences would come back to Southern California. These are the best educational events in the Church
I strongly agree!
Can we convene a conference like this in Scotland please!?
How can we convene a conference like this in St Louis, Missouri?

Hey Clay, Who is Jesus?
What an unnecessary post. Absolutely baseless.
What a joke. Blasphemy
What was blasphemous exactly? I found it very good.
Yes, believing in and preaching a false cultural Jesus is blasphemous. Reducing Jesus to what you want Him to be and not Who He really is.
