Rectangular basket bottom on a loom

This tutorial will introduce you to the basics of weaving a rectangular or square bottom, as well as any piece of flat paper tube fabric. You’ll learn how to begin and finish the weaving, which pattern to use, how to turn when using pairing method, how to add spokes and keep them straight so that the weaving wouldn’t shrink.
Video gives you a short description of the loom, made with archway drywall corner beads. Using the same concept you can create your own custom loom with cardboard or Styrofoam.
If you don’t think you’re up to making a proper loom, you could just stick your spokes to the piece of thick cardboard with some clothespins.
