Thank you for showing how to pake such a useful item from waste. Showing how to correct a problem makes me want to continue stage by stage to watch you much thank you so much.♡♡♡♡
Pardon the pun, but I was a "basket case" just watching this, there is no way I could do this without having a nervous breakdown! I couldn't even finish watching the video, it gave me anxiety. I'm in awe of the person who had the patience to design this, but I need my crafting to relax me, not put me on psych meds. Beautiful job though.
This is freaking hard!! Should I be flattening my tubes first or just smooshing them as I go? I didn’t paint my tubes, does that make a difference??? Major respect for how simple you make this seem! I’m on my third try with one only wonky layer to my name!
I must say how correct watching qnd and doing are so different. I qm sure this lovely person had many trials and errors lol. Thankfully we were taught a few directions for corrections. It us a beautiful day enjoy♡♡♡♡❤
Amazing work! I've just tried a waste bin and looks like a wonky barrel;) Are you trying to roll the tubes so that one end is a bit wider than the other, to make one fit into another easier or just as you're showing in this video cutting the end bit diagonally and denting it does the job well enough?
Im glad you tried it! Yes, one end is a bit wider than the other. Sometimes, you may not need to cut the end diagonally if it fits the next tube. Hope this helps.😊
Spray 2 coats of Rust-Oleum polyurethane to stiffen it up. Try also using thicker paper tubes. I use my tray whenever i have a craft project so I can bring my materials anywhere i go. It has been useful and so far in good condition.
Thank you. 😊 This tray is not water resistant. The acrylic paint will somehow protect the paper at the same time you can spray 2 coats of Rust-Oleum polyurethane. It will stiffen the tray and provide a clear protective finish.
When rolling your tubes, it is normal that one end is slightly narrower/thicker than the other. Use this to your advantage when you extend the length of the tube. Insert the narrower end to the wider end. Hope i answered your question. 😊
I love the fact that it doesn't use lots of glue which makes it even more neat 😘

Awe bless your heart, thank you. Working on this I find it to be useful and elegant ✨

I flatten the tubes as I go. The paint makes them stiffer which helps when I insert the tube in between. I hope this helps! 😊

Очень красиво.
Awesome talent :) Keep it up 👍
How long did this take you to create?
It’s very nice but do you color them ?
Thank you. Yes, I used acrylic paint.
Wow!
Hmmm. Does this look easy because it’s actually easy or because the crafter is skilled. I suspect I’ll find out!
It was difficult at first then you'll realize that you can do a lot of designs from this technique so don't give up right away. Good luck! 😊
جميلة 👍🏻
Very very amazing...nic👌👌👌
Thank you!
How did you color the papers black without the smell of paint?
I used acrylic paint, it was odorless.
What kind of paper did you use? Mine isn't bending well.
I used my daughter's past exam papers. Their school uses recycled papers.
@@CraftsforReal yea I tried it again and it worked haha
@@CraftsforReal thanks for the video!!

Very nice 😇😍
Thank you! 😊
How do you connect the tubes once a row is over?
nice video
Thank you. I appreciate it.
How sturdy would you say this is? I’m trying to make a picnic basket and I’m not sure how much weight it would be psychically able to endure.

Crafts for Real Thank you!
How many paper tubes did you use to make this??
Cool
Thank you for the support. I appreciate it.😊
Nice. Is it water resistant?

Is it possible that the tubes is not have same size? I mean the other side is little and the other end is bigger and thicker than it its?
When rolling your tubes, it is normal that one end is slightly narrower/thicker than the other. Use this to your advantage when you extend the length of the tube. Insert the narrower end to the wider end. Hope i answered your question. 😊
How many paper tubes did it take?
Sorry I was not able to count the number of tubes I used for this tray but sure i used a lot! Good luck on your paper tube projects!😊
🎉🎉🎉👏👏👏👏
Well now I know what to do with all the newspaper that's been piling up.
Enjoy making your basket! 😊 Wishing you all the best!
