    I can't tell you how happy this makes me. I had a bracelet that was plaited like this when I was 10 (pre Internet) . I was always so amazed and tried desperately to learn how to do it which resulted in me undoing it and never figuring out how to re plait it. Now I know.......18 years later :)

    Thanks so much. I was looking for a handle/strap for a buckskin messenger bag that I am making and this is it. I can use one piece of hide or use multiple pieces with covered beaded tubes hiding the joints. Thanks so much for sharing your expertise so generously. I am grateful for your help.

    • @TandyLeatherCo
      @TandyLeatherCo  8 років тому

      +Katie McKinney We'd love to help! The first thing we'd need to know is what kind of leather are you using? If the leather is too thick or not supple enough, it may not lay flat.

      Unfortunately since it is not one of our products, it would be difficult for us to determine why it may not be working right. It is likely that this may have to do with the quality of the leather, however conditioning the leather may help.
