Hi everyone, welcome back to the channel. Something a bit a different in todays video, I explored a mountain Bothy. Hopefully you enjoy the video as was really fun to make.

There is more than one Glen Kinglass. There is another one at Loch Etive. I hate bothies they are always haunted. Especially if you are on your own late at night.

Don't worry about dead people, it's the alive ones that can harm you.
As someone who has had plenty of paranormal experiences, usually if you give respect & show no fear you get the same in kind. You can share a portion of your food / drink leave out for a bit then respectfully put it away & leave out in nature for the animals to eat.
If it helps, you can get a piece of clear quartz or amethyst or black agate , black tourmaline & wear / keep it in your pocket & they protect against nasty spirits/ ghosts. A hagstone / holeystone is absolutely fantastic 👍.
Interesting enough, Rowan trees are believed to protect against nasty spirits & it’s also believed to be good manners to thank the tree for its help/ protection that way when you come back the tree will remember you 😊
@@ScottishSummiteerIt’s between Rannoch Moor and Loch Etive.Its a great walk with a good path most of the way.There is a bothy along the way but it has no doors or windows.
That was a well kept bothy. Nice video. Great scenery even in the rain.
Yeh bothy is in nice condition. Quite close to the road so probably frequently used

I really enjoy your work. Variety is the spice of life and if you want to expand what you do, go for it. FYI, I am an American with mostly Scot ancestry, so I feel like I am visiting my ancestorial home.

There used to be a copy of an article in that bothy, by a local historian about the bothy and the ghost, in the same place as the bothy book. It was interesting reading. Strange noises have been reported by several folk who have stayed there overnight.

Yeh it’s basically an old house that has been renovated so people can stay in it. I think they are all free as well which is nice 😊

Really good video mate I have subscribed to u. I am just starting to do camping etc as sadly my wife passed away so decided to buy a tent etc and am going to start camping etc do u prefer to go solo camping or would u mind some company as there is only so much videos i can watch before having the balls to go out and actually do it mate but yeah if ur up for company I would happily tag along. At onetime you had do a bit of research to find a bothy. Now there is a proliferation of books taking you to the front door
Yeh it’s hard to tell whether that’s a good thing or not😂😂 means it’s easy to find but also busier
Yes. At one time you found a bothy by word of mouth then you had to find it on the OS map. Now you have glossy books with instructions to the front door. Like everything nowadays GPS replaces map and compass maps replaced with printouts with blue lines telling you where to walk Hey ho !

Next time you go to another haunted one leave a camera running all night see if anything happens.
