Much to like here, but by the time you add the other hardware -- lc2i and SWC adapter -- you're in a price category rife with units that already have these features built in.
When I plug my USB into the head unit from my phone it does not pick up the USB is there a special cable that you have to use
Really limited feature set, but absolutely love the mounting options! Gonna check out if they use the same chassis with better models.

This is nice but the aux and usb should be on the back of the stereo. I prefer a clean look, also front and rear camera inputs. Not just rear. Plus limited out puts... I would buy this for my daily driver and not my show off car.
I agree about DUAL. It's a good brand for the money. And, I gotta address it..... really, you got to power a deck by pressing the power button? I would not get it if you didn't mention it, da'oh.

I have a S8 Pro. It's great if you're not an audiophile and using aftermarket speakers amps. The sub preamp is a mono 0.2v output and the overall volume is not very loud. I'm watching this video to find something to switch it out for.

Yes. It has three modes. Bright , medium, and dark.

Since it's screen mirroring, can I in theory just download android auto from the play store on my android phone open the app and screen mirror that and thus have android auto on the dual radio display? 🤔

Not 100% sure. It definitely wouldn't look the same as Android Auto because it is a software not an app. But if you can screen mirror why would you need android auto?
@@Qualitymobilevideo at least for android, the android auto app from the play store also acts as a stand alone app, that's what I use with my car phone mount, personally I like it because it's all integrate, Google maps or waze, Spotify or Pandora and weather and time
I'm just afraid that if waze was glitching up, maybe because it's more intense than the regular google maps, it wouldn't also handle the android auto app either when that's way more intense
