Thank you, thank you, thank you for this beautiful healing meditation! I've done it for three days now and have already had a positive experience and have passed this on to my oldest daughter and will pass it on to my other youngest daughter and 17 year old granddaughter and then my 8 year old granddaughter and others! I'm 68 years old, widowed with MS and partially blind in one eye. I've been a professional artist for over 40 years and am a composer who has had my work performed and written up in the Boston Globe but because of a long 40 plus experience with a narcissistic abusive family of origin and others including my late husband I've been blocked for several years now off and on and need desperately to get unstuck and heal physically, spiritually and emotionally. I see a therapist once a week and do my spiritual and emotional healing every day and eat healthy and do yoga and light weight training as I've also been a fitness trainer and am a certified nutritionist...a non practicing one because I really need to focus on my art and music and have had many fears about once again not being seen heard and recognized...I have been at times but often times with disastrous results from people's jealousies so I have a tendency to shut down and hide from the narc abuse! I'll be back on here tom. and always...thanks again!
I'm a writer and have been published in magazines and have an amazing opportunity but have been blocked now for a few years because of trauma, narc abuse from my family of origin and my marriage (even though the marriage is better now.) I have a masters in writing and have taught at the college level but for the last 3 years my life has been consumed by fear, anxiety, self sabotage etc.

this is THE MOST POWERFUL affirmations audio i have listened to. I did this while at work. I had about 20 mins of uninterrupted time and found myself in a very trance-like state. I felt so connected with the universe. I can't wait to do this when I have total silence.
