Wow!! Great video Alex!! I have to try this plug in out!
Thanks Warren ❤️
Another secret plugin is DRMS by Mathew Lane. It's amazing for spatial control
I remember hearing about that a few years back but I never actually checked it out. Will be sure to add to the list
Love to see you in Ableton ❤
I’m really loving it ❤️
Gahdamn that beat!!! 😤😤🥵🥵
Ahh appreciate this! 😆
Dope as usual bro! shaperbox 3 has a similar noise/texture module which is super fun to use, ill have to check out the texture demo and do a shootout between them
Awesome. I think I have some shaper box stuff but not this one. But let me know if you ever do the shootout 👌
Essentially, you get inflitrator plus texture with Shaperbox 3
I’ll be sure to check it out. They sold modules individually so I only got the one I needed at the time which was distortion. But I have infiltrator and know it inside out and have so many presets I’ve made in it already ❤️🙌
Efx motions by Arturia also has something like this. It’s got a bunch of esoteric samples and nonsense but you can load your own samples too. I didn’t even realize it could do this until I saw this video and looked into it.
@@yurikalashnikov2460so many plugins out. It’s quiet and overload at times 😅😅. Will try getting round to checking this tho
Good video again Alex, I layer a lot of them too, often 2 or 3.
It’s a really solid tool and Thankyou 👌
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thankyou ❤️
This plugin is bringing a lot in layering. No need for a new track and still have control over the layer/texture. Plus, that beat is fire bruv
That’s the things I love the most. No need for a new track. And also when I have a new track sometimes it’s awkward when I change the groove & having to adjust the midi on both tracks and then having to bus them to mix them as one sound. This plug in is pure convince and eases the work flow. It has some creative modulation stuff I haven’t even explored yet also.
Oh and Thankyou for the beat compliment ❤️
Giving away my secret weapon!
😂😂😂 sharing is caring
The beat/melody is banger - reminds me a bit of Timbaland
Ahh being likened to such a legend is an honour. Thankyou
I thought this plugin was a distortion, however its way more, basically layering sounds in a plugin, I dont think I have seen that before.
It’s so useful and not talked about that much so I had to share 🙌
@@WhoIsAlexElliott Definitely.
🙌
We have the layer feature in UltraBeat long before 😊
@@BadBoy-cp9lp I have never heard of (dont remember that) what is it?
This and the p42 clipper. Sauce
My two most used plugins after ProQ3 🙌🙌😅
Do you like the theme or you prefer black .. One think I notice is that a bright colour theme is good for the eye and imagination..but if its black it make your brain work more trying to find things to load also when I am on protools 12 Ableton I notice the default theme might be ok for a long mixing section..Also where can I listen to those beats
Yeah I love a light background. I actually never liked how dark logic was. I love how the colours pop against the backdrop. And I find it easier to see everything 🙌🙌
lol I be making most of these beats to review the plug ins 😂. So they just on my hardrive but I’ll be making & sharing a new song each month so keep an eye out for that 🙌
@@WhoIsAlexElliott 🙌🙌
👌
Like it, not gate keeping the Gate! :)
😂😂😂😂
Genuine question. Why would you use this plugin for this instead of just layering samples the traditional way?
@@PerfectMadeStreets no problem
So it’s because I can flick through and change the sample at ease very quickly whiles having control over the eq balance/volume balance between the two sounds. Whiles also have completely control over the ADSR of that sound.
If I layered the sample as an audio file and wanted to change the length I would need to highlight all and adjust manually. Or if I wanted to replace that sample I would need to load up a midi channel and load the sound into it, then copy the midi pattern/rhythm of the sound I intend to laye. Very time consuming and when I’m in the creative flow moving with speed is everything for me!
I’d also need to keep swapping between the two channels to adjust levels and eq where as I can simply do everything I mentioned above in one plug in 🙌👌💪
Wow, you really left logic 😮
I think so you know. I tried to go back the other day but it’s just not the same! I’ll still give some tutorial in logic though to be inclusive. But my workflow has just improved too much in ableton!
I agree. Ableton feels more like an instrument than a DAW. ITS GREAT for music production.
Was struggling to figure out what it is but you’ve worded it perfectly. The whole DAW is a playground instrument!
kíllaH....!!!!
